Note: In the Installation Tutorial .NET Framework 3.5 is already installed on the computer.  If your computer does not have .NET Framework 3.5 installed you will be prompted to install it.  Choose to install .NET Framework 3.5 when prompted, and it will be downloaded and installed automatically from Microsoft at the beginning of the installation.
